Running the warehouse process myself

I ran the warehouse shipping process personally, picking orders on the warehouse PDA devices and printing packing labels. Doing the job surfaced friction that never came up in interviews.

System Logic

A storefront controlled by the backoffice

Promotions, inventory, and store operations change daily. I designed the interface with adjustable elements controlled from the backoffice, keeping online content aligned with in-store operations and active promotions without needing a designer or developer each time.
